Seen & Heard: Service Providers Will Invest $12B in NFV by 2020![]() Service providers will step up to the plate by investing more than $12 billion in NFV deployments by the end of 2020, according to a recent report. Combined with SDN, service providers were projected to invest a total of $18 billion on their networks. The report by RnRMarketResearch said the initial investments would be across EPC/mobile core, IMS, policy control, CPE, CDN and transport networks.
