SAN JOSE, Calif. -- NFV World Congress -- The global epicenter of network functions virtualization (NFV) was Layer123's NFV World Congress last week in San Jose.
In addition to conference-goers from Silicon Valley and the rest of the US, attendees from Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Saudi Arabia, China and Japan flocked to the DoubleTree to discuss how NFV and SDN were evolving.
After the inaugural NFV World Congress was held in the same location last year, registrations were up 20% this year, which was reflected in the standing-room only keynote addresses and the jam-packed panel sessions.
