Re: transformative future
Some companies make the mistake of focusing on capex and opex and starting laying off employees then later need to hire additional employees to assist with innovations and technology advancements. Capex and opex must be aligned with a companies mission and goals and objectives. There has to be a balance between capex, opex and using technolgy to transform a company to the next level.

Video
It's great that Telco wants to stay on top of things. It's impotant to stay in the game when it comes to advances in technology and stay on the new trends. I think right now one of the biggest trends is video.

Video is becoming so popular and a must for many companies. I think in order to stay ahead video has to be in the equation some where. Video has been gaining more and more popularity and it's gotten to the point now where it's vital to have video in some form.

Re: transformative future
I agree.

Everything is moving towards a more virtual way of doing things. It's important to see which way tings are moving and what's becoming popular for what reasons. During a transformative period you have to look at what's being done and now what technology advances have improved in order to incorporate that into the new plan. Change is necessary to keep your business alive.
