@bayte, thanks.  The point you make about everything being virtual, I would agree IF it is connected to a network or platform.  That is where the added value comes in and is truly transformative.  I believe the connectedness has the biggest impact; just as the internet's prime value is the connected networks.  This extends the linkages, resources, etc., and provides "virtual" networks, where the new value is created.

MitchWagner,  apparently Now is being virtually connected!  Interesting slides - I like the Industry Insights (which will/can drive value) and the Making It Simple with convergence.  Great show!
