Re: Africa
It can be a process to figure out exactly what the consumers want and what Telco will be able to do. Sometimes, I feel like there's a dissconnect between the consumers and companies. Hopefully Telco can be able to get to a happy medium and be able to make the consumers there satisfied.

That's what might be a process, obvioulsy Telco will know after discussing it, what the consumers there need, want, and expect.

Re: Africa
I agree 100%. Telco will have to come up with the right game plan in order to gain the attention and likability of the African consumers. They will have to come up with a fit cost and budget that the consumers and Telco will both be happy with.

This needs to be a slow process of getting to know the consumers out there and focusing on what exactly it is that they want and need from Telco. From there, Telco can come up with a plan and try to execute it to fit the consumers needs.

The transformation will continue, though.   We need to have faith in Africa despite all the profound challenges we're witness to on a multitude of fronts.

Re: Africa
As I reflected upon the discourse here, what is interesting to note that three of the top Billionaires in Africa made their fortune in Telecom--Including the one out of Egypt who recently lost his shirt in North Korea.    Africa is a market that is yet to developed.
