Promising
This seems really promising. In an area of the world that tends to struggle with being able to keep up with electricity, keeping up with technology might seem impossible. If various regions can find ways to keep people more up to date with technology, this will likely also help in other areas. Finding ways to communicate with other parts of the globe can bring advancements in medical services offered in those parts of the world. Can advance education which might help every day people to go into fields they might have only previously dreamed of. Hopefully these types of progressions can continue to be made. Hopefully the technology and resources will be used to help people, not hold them back or hurt them.

Re: Promising
elizabethv, I agree. Everyone should be able to connect with anyone in the world. They can use virtual medical exams and other medical services to reach emerging markets.

This can also spur new interest in technology for students and generate a whole new batch of inventors, entrepreneurs, scientists and programmers. Hopefully the technology will be used for good and not greed.
