Re: IOT Future
I have been continuing to assess what has been announced--and there are some very interesting Software developments--including for instance enhancements in iOS10.    Let's remain open-minded.

Re: IOT Future
What we have to assess is how transformative the latest Apple announcements are with the new OS and the recommitment 2 WatchOS and whether this will help get "apple's Mojo" back as I reflected upon with I was on my media review for @DailyOutsider.

Never a dull moment...no question...

Re: IOT Future
@JohnBarnes:   As long as we make sure we as human maintain our supremacy on it, we should be fine--but the sense of balance with an eye towards maintaining the very sense of humanity is key.   It is something that I see as being somewhat lost in the rush for the glamour.    Apple, to me, is the epitome of it right now....

Re: IOT Future
Having an open mind is something that is absolutely vital for achieving one's objective.   But what we have to guard against is not to be taken "too much in" to technology.   As I have noted before, there is a balance that we have to constantly strive for.

Have yourself a fab Friday..and a fab Weekend @Batye--as I wish all in the community the same :))

PS-Some food 4 thought 2 share:

"Some people cannot accept mistakes.
Everything has to be perfect from the start.
They think others will look down on them
if they appear to be flawed.
These people are frequently stressed.
The happiest and most successful people
focus on improvement.
They love mistakes and flaws,
because they see them as opportunities to grow.
Learn from these people.
Have lofty goals,
but have realistic standards.
Don't judge yourself based on the results of your action.
See them as feedback,
and seek improvement from there."
