BCE
Let's hope the delicious food was also properly handled and cooked. I'm sure you would not like another bout of food poisoning.

Re: BCE
@Ariella, great points - although the "hot" spices would probably kill any living bacteria!
Seriously, that Tex/Mex dining sounds fabulous! Some of the best! But it also sounds like some great events. Sounds like a first-rate show!
Nice
This seems to be very intersting show. I would say rather not so conventional. Guitar racks at airport is something. It looks very certain that you folks had lot of fun and need to mention, that food looks yummy. Thanks for bringing that inside view to us.
Key Issues
And now on a serious note, good to see that two things that took the attention as it is seen from pictures is - Customer Experience and Transformation. Real key items that must be focussed.

@DHagar:
This is absolutely true. I come from the country of spices and flavours - India. So who else could better relate to this fact. From my personal experience, those spices really help in healing may many conditions. And i must say this is all natural.
Re: BCE
@Ariella: I agree, food poisoning is the last thing that you like to walk out from such an exciting event.

Re: BCE
That's so interesting!
I never knew spices and things like that could kill bacteria or cure illnesses.

Re: BCE
I've taken a couple of classes about aryuveda. I love the connection between food and healing.
(I also love Indian food! I miss that about the Bay Area - we don't really have good Indian food here.)
