Broadening business opportunities
INteresting point that Lester makes here about how open APIs could help CSP more easily build an ecosystem of partners/collaborators in new markets -- that's got to be on teh wish list for every comms service provider, I'd have thought.

Let in the Little Guys
I like that he talks about API allowing smaller companies to compete with the bigger companies. I think in some ways, telco can really even the playing fields between start-ups and those already established. If you have a good idea, and the systems in place to deliver that idea to customers, why shouldn't you be able to be successful?

I might be mistaken, but it sounds like -- toward the end of this video -- they're talking about maybe going into a "freemium" API model.. where as the APIs mature, that newer features might come down the line with additional costs associated with them?
