Re: Community Effort
The creation of the "Ecosystem" is a reiteration of what has been on-going for quite some time. Those who embrace it will indeed be successful in the end--no question. The question is who will in the end end up standing?

Community Effort
Mr. Cohn made some great points in the interview. The central theme is collaboration.
Companies have to create a community and be inclusive instead of working in silos. Collaboration is key - companies, operators, partners, industry groups must work together to create an ecosytem. Companies can no longer work alone if they want to remain competitive and produce quality products and services.
There must be mechanism for discussion and debate about topics.
You must change the mindest of employees, partners, and companies.
Companies can no longer create autonomous projects.
Deployment is the measure of an ecosystem along with with the number of users using it.

Totally OnBoard....
..but with one "Caveat": The need to guarantee security should be ever so critical on a constant and consistent basis. I have been on the record on this consistently. Can that trust be sustained? That's the key challenge.
