Well, the full report does not seem to be downloading to me. Since it looked like some care had been taken in the sample, I was wondering if they'd gone as far as to stratify it, but that information isn't there in the executive summary and I don't seem to be able to download the full report. Stratification, though, which is done for most electoral and public opinion polls, would greatly improve the accuracy of business surveys, and I only see it very occasionally. Ariella, I think on the matter of embedded quotes in survey data (and on the business of referring to survey responses as "interviews") we're down to where we just disagree. I know many business decision makers would rather have a well-told story, but they will make better decisions on an accurate representation -- and a well told story puts story-values ahead of truth-values.
