Service provider partners for CORD include Verizon, SK Telecom, AT&T and China Unicom. AT&T and China Unicom are currently in field trials with CORD, and Parulkar said that additional service providers have expressed an interest.

This certainly is an interesting combination. Looking at all big players joining together expectations are only going to be high about what comes out.

CORD Becomes New Open Source Project
I am interested in this article because I want to see where CORD will be taking this independent open source project, let's see if they are successful. I believe they will succeed because they are going to be using 3 new vendors including Google which is one of the best successful vendors anyone could ask for. I can't wait to see what new project they do with the board and governance. This is a interesting article that I just looked over and I can't wait to see where the future takes this.
