Reply Post Message Messages List Start a Board Login 50% 50% elizabethv 8/4/2016 9:46:07 AM User Rank Platinum Pay-TV I don't have Pay-TV, so I don't genuinely know the answer to this, but if you have Pay-TV that offers you Netflix, don't you still have to pay to have a Netflix account? So are you paying double? Netflix and your TV provider? I do kind of think having both is a little redundant, if you have Pay-TV, why do you need Netflix/Amazon/Hulu? I have those services because I DON'T have Pay-TV. I guess some people would feel the need, but if that's the case, I would also think it would follow that you would pay for that feeling? If the Pay-TV provider has to pay to offer you the service, it would only make sense that they would charge you to have it. Though I would think as an add-on option would be the best route, that way if someone wanted it they could have it, but it was easy enough to opt-out of as well.
