I honestly can not believe Sprint is still alive. With big companies like Verizon and AT&T, I give Sprint a lot of credit with hanging in there.

It is still of note that Sprint is still standing after all the challenges it has had over the years. Will it survive though? Although this transformation is a welcome sign, the long-term viability of it is still at best suspect--although I would not bet against softbank.

It would be good to hear if the lighthouse projects reach out beyond Network and IT. The last thing you'd want is silo'd transformation, but understand their caution. Teamwork is everything.
