Re: Definitions...
@mhhf1ve - Definitely agree, and perhaps saying it's not "exciting" is not really fair. What I was trying to say was that video communications as a basic capability is not new - it's existed for a long time, for conferencing, internal messaging (i.e., CEO speeches) and external marketing. So it's not news, as such. But there are a host of new applications and technologies that are making it more pervasive, easier and cheaper to implement and use -- and that is exciting. Your example of internal training for a new generation of employees is a perfect case in point.

Re: Definitions...
@dcawrey - I completely agree! I am very much looking forward to streaming opening up the possibilities for more remote work. I would absolutely love to have a job where I could work remotely, but most of them require large amounts of phone time right now. A job where I could work remotely without spending a lot of time on the phone would be ideal, to say the least.

@dcawrey, well there is a great use.  That can truly bring remote monitoring/service to life.  A valued extension and cost effective support system.

Re: Definitions...
Yes, I think that would be the best. Haha, don't know if it's something that could happen soon. Persoanlly, I hate talking on the phone for long periods of time.

Re: Definitions...
And I also think new video streaming is important for businesses to look at and use as a tool to make them a better team and keep their customers interested.
