There is a lot to watch out for in several areas - like cloud, virtualization, security, IOT, smart initiatives etc. Lot of fun and exciting stuff to come.

I'm hoping! The last couple years we really have come such a long way in technology and virtualization. Seeing what's to come and the next big thing will definitely be interesting.

It surely is exciting times. I am equally curious to see how things are going to shape up by 2020 in key areas like - Virtualization, Cloud, Smart homes, Security etc.

And as you said we still have 3-4 years down the road. So i would expect that rate of increase in cost.

That is a valid point. I would assume cost includes all componenets, otherwise i think it would be an incomplete fact to be considered for survey.

Virtualization Race
I do know virtualization has been out there for some time now, but it is so much more intense now.  I love creating visualization in my work and it will really be neat to see what other companies will be creating with it in the future.  In 2020 looks like there will be the UMP, but I am not really sure how much it will be.

Also virtualization is inevitable. Each year we become more and more advanced in technology and knowledge. It's no surprise that virtualization is creeping up on us.
