@mpouraryan  for me paying more than $100 for a phone - not right... as for me phone is a tool to do calling not a status simbol ... but what I know...

India is at the forefront--and others are also following suit in working to transform telecom as we know it--I am still trying to figure out, for instance, how would folks pay $1000 for a phone?

That's why what Reliance has done in India is so fascinating to push down affordability and access.   It can be within the realm of the possible if there is a will--right?

@mpouraryan  same to you I do hope for a more Sun... sad reality in some countries people do sell kidney to get iphone... this is why- I love my very old nokia :)

Welcome to March @batye et al--"Buzz" is what happens in Vegas at @CES.  What I view as more transformational is what went on at the Mobile World Congress with some of the very interesting things that goes on--although a SkyNews clip I saw recently about how the basic minerals are sourced to build the phones we take for granted gave me a moment of pause--and as we're looking at potentially $ 1000 for the upcoming iPhone.   Are we being "burnt out" by Technology?
