Digital evolution
They have the cloud based native part and they said they will have to come up with another solution for virtualization or something, but whatever they do I'm sure that it will make an impact for us.

Digital Experience
No surprise to see digital experience as one of the pillars. Unified customer experience is gaining more importance in industry. Reduction of operating costs would be an important facor customer as he/she gets into generic service based models across all channels.

Contradiction between first and second principles?
But what if those gosh-darn consumers would rather interact some way other than online? Or at least via an online interface that doesn't feel like an online interface, or has a human in the loop?

Re: Digital evolution
Great way to explain what digital transformation is all about. One thing I have been wondering: With all of this movement toward apps and mobile, are people going to even interact with one another another? Or is artificial intelligence just going to end up taking over?

Re: Digital evolution
@dcawrey Valid question -- Will we have our own AI tools to communicate with one another? That would be interesting for sure... so much to be lost in translation ;)

Digital Transformations: Evolution
The intentions to the evolution of digital transformation is advanced and a great way to take it to the next level in business. The process of the digital transformation is very well explained, well written, and also important to knowledge. The great news about digital transformation is that 1.) Customers have real-time information about statuses of their services and accounts. 2.) The customer's interact with their preferred channels. 3.) The customer's have real-time control of characteristics of their services. 4.) A majority of the customer interaction is held online and are mediated by software. This is why I believe IOT is very important and well written.

Re: Digital evolution
@dcawrey, Great point. For years psychologists have produced research to show that humans require constant interaction with each other for successful cohabitation and emotional health and stability.
