Re: Missing bubbles and arrows
This is smart. While it's normally the role of startups to provide disruption, there's nothing stopping larger players from doing the same.

They usually don't mainly because of culture. But culture can be changed.

Re: Missing bubbles and arrows
@JohnBarnes You got it right about Marketers not being geniuses. But in every corporation, somehow they bring in the revenue and are paid the highest.

Service Providers
The first source of revenue is "enabled services," and the second source is also "enabled services?"

Missing bubbles and arrows
Between creator and marketer, there should be something called "executor" or "deployer" or "packager," maybe all three; somebody has to make each new flash of genius comprehensible to marketers who are not geniuses! (Yes, yes, I know, "marketers who are not geniuses" might be seen as redundant). Also between consumer and supplier, you need bubbles for "researcher", "analyst," "aggregator"  --- consumers don't talk to suppliers at all directly (even when an individual consumer walks into an individual supplier's office and leans across the desk, the message is so heavily mediated by what the supplier has already been told about the consumer that you really cannot treat it as a straightforward transfer of information.)

And then all the arrows need to go both ways. And across the central space all criss-crossed.

And then just make it more complicated; any plausible complication you add is more likely than not to occur in real life!

No disruptions
They said they willl have technology innovations by 2020 and that's great because we've been having a problem with this so this need to be done to make it better for us and them.
