Re: Opendaylight 2017 plans
I find what you noted kind of astonishing especially as I view Apple products as being quite user friendly and nnovative-I truly enjoy my iPhone and the flexiblity I have with the images I produce, how I manage social curations for the company I work for, The Daily Outsider and other projects--it is a working virtual office!!!

@mpouraryan I would say with Apple consumers always get at loss  as Apple always wins one way or other....

Re: Opendaylight 2017 plans
Winning, though, is quite subjective--not objective.    The challenge (and this is more of oa rhetorical thought) is to make them all keep coming back again and again--Apple, for instance, has an event planned later on today I believe--I wonder what they've got up their sleeve!!!

Re: Opendaylight 2017 plans
I would argue, though, (as we discussed late last month) that those who win will e able to make sure that it is simple for the end user--whatever the sophisticated back-end will entail. That'll be the transformational element here.

It is in the end about value creation--which is at the heart of what all the key vendors are trying to do.

Re: Opendaylight 2017 plans
Thanks for the thoughts @bayte--since you mentioned printing--as I am sure you agree, the need to print has to be "less and less"--look at, for instance, how printing has evoled (including 3D Printing) as the cost continues to come down--and how companies like HP have adapted with their subscription models that is beneficial for all--another example of trasnformation we're witness to.
