Re: AT&T Cloud concerns
@dir5288 - that is what will make the cloud of value and I believe security is a number one business and public/safety concern.

Oh I didn't know that! Well I feel like it's about time to take a stronger stand on security and moving forward in improving security functions.

Re: AT&T Cloud concerns
@dir5288, It is my understanding that those organizations, like AT&T, that are building platforms are doing exactly that and building in security layers, that with their large customer base, make the economies of scale work.

Re: AT&T Cloud concerns
Good points! And I just hope, when it comes to the Cloud, that they can work on improving the security and make it stronger.

Re: AT&T Cloud concerns
@dcawrey Absolutely! There would still be some security concerns on the device end, but this solution would help manage the risk of data transfer over the public internet.

Re: AT&T Cloud concerns
@dcawrey, good comment. I believe that AT&T has the "platform" to truly provide a solid enterprise solution - as opposed to just a software solution. Their understanding and broader solutions just be able to provide the necessary tiers of protection that are scalable and attractive to business.

Re: AT&T Cloud concerns
This is interesting. And I can see how this would be really valuable for IoT.
One of the biggest things I have been concerned about when it comes to IoT is security. This could be a really great solution for that.

Re: AT&T Cloud concerns
@clrmoney, NetBond is an excellent idea in bundling and solving concerns and key pain points for their customers. This should be successful in the cloud market for business enterprises.

AT&T Cloud concerns
They are talking about Cloud Netbond which is a API-orchestrated platform that has better security for bypassing in the internet they say. I thing that this is great that they are doing this and so much more.
