We chose to have an OpenStack cloud platform and it's fully operational." Creating you own OpenStack cloud is pretty impressive and one that is fully operational. Kudos to France for doing that. I would love to see the statistics on usage and how the cloud is being used to solve problems. That's why we think our partnership with a key player like Huawei is a good move for us." That is very ambitious but it they have the right tools and leadership it can be accomplished. Their partnership with Huawei can certaintly help them achieve their goal.
