Re: Levvel 3's SD-WAN
@dcawrey:

I second your comments.

All new happenings about SD-WAN are pretty exciting to hear. Cloud integratin, having proper security integrated, consolidation of vendors / solutions are all various good features to look forward to.

SD-WAN & Security
Our goal with [Level 3 SD-WAN] is to satisfy what we see as our customers' need for secure and agile networking that helps them with their digital transformation. Enabling them to use multiple different access technologies to build a network, but also give them the security and the control that they need through centralized policy management for that WAN offer.

This is a good note about Level3' s security thru SD-WAN. Centralized policy management is what they explain as the key tool for security and obtaining control.

Re: Levvel 3's SD-WAN
@srufolo1 Level 3 has been in some transition lately, and I think it's going to be for the better. The market is clearly shifting, and Level 3 is one of those companies that has the vision to execute a future that doesn't quite exist yet.

Re: Levvel 3's SD-WAN
SD-WAN is going to make a big impact on networks.

Organizations are going to really like the flexibility and capability that will come with this technology, that's obvious to see from reading articles like this.

Levvel 3's SD-WAN
"there are a lot of market studies that show that many enterprises are looking to leverage it in their next generation of networks."

Dugan is correct on that point and Level 3 is releasing its offering at a good time, which is why I think they will do very well with it.
