But I'm sure many organizations still are left wondering what happens when "cloud security" goes south? If there was an on-site security solution-- the answer is you get a guy you know scrambling in the building you work in. However, if you have everything in a cloud solution-- do you have a personal contact? And what happens if that person is swamped with multiple customers running into the same problem?
