Re: Comcast & AT&T Bonuses etc.
I guess some companies really don’t take the time to think things fully through, as you said. It’s important to take the time they need to produce something worth selling, in my opinion.

A lot of the time they focus on revenue and not the consumers wants/needs. I understand money is obviously important in business, but so are the consumers you’re trying to sell to.

Re: Comcast & AT&T Bonuses etc.
@dlr5288 I this is why many Co. fail as the do not look to customers... I remember seeing my local Sears store empty for years... where CSR have no interestest to attract or engage customers... and now Sears in Canada is gone...

And that’s what they have to understand. If they’re not bring customers in and developing along with the consumers needs, they will die out.

Re: Comcast & AT&T Bonuses etc.
@dlr5288 the way I see it any Co. must try it best to fullfill customers needs while trying to bring in new customers keeping all customers happy with service and products... looking only for bottom line... not a long term survival solution...

Re: Comcast & AT&T Bonuses etc.
Exactly! It’s geeat for a company to grow, but they have to remember all the people that made them successful. Keeping in contact and checking up on new and old customers is crucial.
