@dlr5288 yes , but when big Co. take over small Co. they try to do  same as small Co. did it but adding it own rules and messing it at the end... take BestBuy Geeksquad - https://www.thestreet.com/story/14229901/1/best-buy-s-geek-squad-is-a-mess-according-to-customer-reviews-opening-the-door-for-amazon-s-entry.html... for me it sad reality...

Completely! I like small companies a lot of the time more. They seem to be able to be more hands on when dealing with clients. It’s a shame.

I’ll want to know if other companies to learn and take from this. Most of the time I think it’s a great idea to come up with fresh, new ideas. However, building on another companies findings can definitely move you ahead.
