@mpouraryan That's true. Technology can completely transform our grocery shopping. Now you have options to avoid going to the store or avoid waiting on a line at a store that can read and chare you for your purchases when you pick them up.

@Ariella I think of this every time I need to go to the store. I consider what could wait to be delivered later and what I'll need right away. Going to the store is such a hassle sometimes. I like to think we get out of each others' way when some of us choose online ordering. Fewer people in lines for those who need to go in...

@Michelle I find that I regularly order big nonperishable things on Target. I know that Amazon also tries to get that kind of business through its Prime Pantry (though I haven't used that).  I still go to stores, though, because we go through a lot of fresh produce that has to be replenished more than once a week.
