@mhhf1ve - well said!  That is the advantage gained by true leaders.  They "create" the future opportunities and change the competition to their advantage - not a bad position to be in!

Transformation can be an over-used word for these kinds of strategic plans, but it looks like Telstra is looking forward to over-haul its existing infrastructure in the coming years. Telstra doesn't have a "burning platform" to drive change, but it's great to be in a position to drive its own changes with "burning amibition".

Great report and it is certainly that kind of passion that will "deliver" new options that will drive transformation.  Clearly a great visionary on what we can achieve.  That should encourage others to take the plunge!
