Also, having good equipment allows companies to start up better and operate with that equipment better, promoting growth.

@afwriter, great points - exactly!  And they do not have the infrastructure investments from those old designs and architecture.  They are able to take advantage and onboard with the latest technology and avoid the cycle of buying the latest equipment that became outdated in 24 months.  The ability to buy services and access advanced technology, through devices, etc., gives them new options.

We may have to hurry to catch up with them?

It makes sense since they don't have to transfer legacy systems and they can learn from other company's trails and errors.

It will be interesting to see what they will gain from digital transformation because I'm know that it is something new for some but not for many. It will probably be a boost for businesses that provide jobs online and other products and services etc.
