Re: Improve VR
I feel it is just a fad too. Not much progress has been made in that virtual reality area. It has mostly been used for gaming. Maybe in another 5 years or so it will be ready for mainstream users.

Improve VR
I voted to improve VR. I think it's something I would just like to see happen. I don't know if I would be able to enjoy it everyday, but I think it would be interesting to experience at least once. I also voted for this because I think it's important to have technology continue to grow and expand rather than just stay put.

triple-x tech choices always win
Depends what the adult entertainment industry does with it.  (Remember Betamax vs. VHS?)

Re: Fad
@Mike I think there will be plenty of entertainment value for teenagers. Microsoft is working on a VR version of Minecraft, right?

Re: Fad
I'm not sure either. I have seen plenty of cool 3D demos, but I haven't tried VR. Maybe seeing is believing, but the commercial and industrial use cases seem more compelling, although I'm sure our teenage son would disagree.

Fad
I voted "fad" on this one. I'll most probably be wrong, but we'll see.

VR has zero appeal for me. I can't even stomach a 3D movie. I don't see how an emersive VR world would be any better.
