Re: Cloud
That's true. The Cloud does have a lot of new things that it presents. Let's see where it goes from here.

Re: The cloud
I think the security problems of the cloud are merely of a different flavor of security issues at this point.

For instance, AWS, IBM, and MSFT datacenters probably can't be beat in terms of physical security (John Quackenbush once speculated that Amazon's servers are likely guarded by "black helicopters") -- compared to on-prem/local datacenters.  On the other hand, if you're an organization in an EU member state wishing to go to the cloud, chances are your policies dictate that you stay away from US hosts -- where your and your clients' information can be all too easily seized or intercepted by US government agencies.

Re: Cloud
I agree with you. Maybe calling any of these game-changing might be overstating the actual outcome...

Cloud
I don't think any of them are game-changing however, cloud services can be a transformational solution to companies.

Re: Security, we need more
I voted for security as well.

I don't know how "game chhanging" it is because security is something that is always being improved and worked on. However, I think it's even more important to improve security now than ever before. The game changing part will come when security is so tight that it becomes almost impossible for information to leak out.

Re: The cloud
I agree.

I don't think the cloud should be considered "game changing" anymore. Yes, I know that it's being worked on and they're making advancements on it, but it's not new at all! It's been around for a bit now. Even so there are still security problems with it.

Re: The cloud
@mhh: True enough, but as carriers and others are starting to recognize the importance of video, they are also realizing that much of that video will be carried and consumed via mobile.  According to Cisco, in 2015 55% of mobile content was video; Cisco projects that that figure will be 75% in 2020.

Same for mobility... Mobility is sooo 2010.

The cloud
Is cloud computing truly considered "game-changing" at this point?  It's certainly leveraged for game-changing solutions, but in and of itself, I tend to think not -- and I suspect this is why zero people have selected it so far.

Security, we need more
I picked security because it seemed the most valuable option. With so many devices connecting, we will need more security options. Why not offer it with the rest of the service?
