By the time people at the ministerial and board levels are being publicly seen doing/saying things about it, the deal is already done, and probably has been for months.  What is in the deal will probably not be fully known for a long time yet, but this is the signal that it has happened and that tech and finance people will be talking about it openly from now on.

UK Visits Huawei
That is great that the UK towards Huawei. They are not afraid of seeing what other companies are doing. They are open-minded and willing to develop partnerships to further the industry. If only all countries did the same. Sigh!
