Yes, I was wondering the same. What are other priorities they are focusing on? But as long as they're focusing on making money, that's what's really important.

Over helps the survey responders believe that developing an effective business model for OTT video service delivery is essential but are they prepared and/or willing to implement an OTT business model. If so, how soon.

I will wait to see what happens in the future.

@clrmoney, I believe it is essential if they want to be profitable - which should be the goal of all services.  From that perspective, I am wondering what the other priorities could be that will sustain them long-term?

The percentage is 37 percent so it is essential and very important with Pay TV operators so we'll see how this turns out eventually.
