@dir5288 - key point!  A supporting culture to carry out the plans and sustain the service may actually be a distinction few companies achieve.  I think AT&T is on the right track.

I agree! Very unique. And as important it is to have the consumers move along with the company, it's also crucial to have a good team of employees that are able to move along with a company in the right direction.

@dir5288, I think what most impresses me is not only their vision but the exceptional steps that they are also taking to develop an internal culture with their employees to upskill and prepare for the transformations they have outlined.  Most impressive!

Ah I hope so! They seem to be working really hard to come out with new things and I can't wait to see what will become of AT&T!

@dir5288, I believe AT&T is carving out new markets and opportunities and laying the ground work to provide highly competitive services that uniquely utilize their networks. 

Maybe it will set a new standard of service?
