Couldn't agree more. I just use my phone for everything usually. But there's tablets, computers, and so many other devices that are constantly trying to be the new big thing.

I was surprised that AT&T transitioned their home internet pricing structure to one that even most mobile companies have been moving away from.

There are simply too many options and too many ways to view content. This has made the market even more competitive and companies will have to learn how to assess customers wants and needs and implement them at a faster rate to remain competitive and successful.

I ended up "re-cording" because it was a cheaper deal for my internet and I hate both the VOD & live tv because the commercials drive me batty!

That's why I was never a fan of Hulu. I hate commericals enough! I am a huge Netflix fan though. No annoying ads yet thank God..

@faryl: For my own part, I just stopped watching Hulu altogether.  Now I'm no longer frustrated by Hulu commercials either.  ;)

I also think that if they started asking the right kinds of questions to the consumers they would get the feedback that would greatly help them in the long run.
