Couldn't agree more!

I feel like especially today people want things super quickly, but then that doesn't always mean that it's done right. Some things take time and should be able to in order to create great quality.

Ecosystem Transformation

Build cloud first then address ecosystem requirements seems counterproductive, creating an ecosystem is a necessary component for building a cloud.

Companies should do extensive research to find the best method for their environment to build a cloud instead of rushing to implement a cloud and trying to keep up with their competitors. Slow and steady along the right path is the best decision.

They have the CSP and NFV making it functional and valuable for themselves and us to use etc.

Gotta start with building the cloud first. Once that infrastructure is in place, then you can figure out what it can really do. 

The first part of a building is the foundation. In this case, the foundation is the cloud.
