Interesting to hear piracy would be the reason why OTT isn't popular. 

Piracy was pretty popular in the US was well. But as OTT services became easier to use and cost efficient, many people made the switch to something legit. I would think the same would happen in Eastern Europe as well.

Against the Odds
OTT in Eastern Europe gives me anxiety. It has to be nearly impossible to gain a foothold in the market and anyone who is doing it is doing it against the odds. I wonder if there is a model out there that would allow a major player to come in and offer more OTT options.

Over the Top Final
They have different companies that use Over the Top so there must be value to it but they say it is declining or something so they will be looking at other options like the pay tv or something. So hopefully yhey can get it together.
