Piracy was pretty popular in the US was well. But as OTT services became easier to use and cost efficient, many people made the switch to something legit. I would think the same would happen in Eastern Europe as well. It has to be nearly impossible to gain a foothold in the market and anyone who is doing it is doing it against the odds. I wonder if there is a model out there that would allow a major player to come in and offer more OTT options.
