Seen & Heard: State of Digital Transformations in Western Europe
As I was reading this I was intrigued because even in Europe with there technology and business with the IDG. I can't believe that 60% of IT budgets earmarked future business expansion and growth. I know that digital transformation is big but didn't realize that it was spreading across western Europe. Technology is key to the future.

Glass Half Empty
The "glass half empty" side seems to be a common problem worldwide. I wonder what Western Europe, and the U.S. for that matter plan on doing to solve these problems.
