@dlr5288 thanks for me it important to know it... as sometimes if you buy something and the end your life maybe depend on it - and you must know how to use it right to survive... but it just my point of view... in my youth I live during times of the Brink of civil war... and racial hate...

@dlr5288 I would say it the same as driving you need to know what you doing... but people do not want to learn they expect expensive technology to work out of the box with out need to read via 1000 page manual... as you wanna use technology not reading and keep trying to work as you did pay for it...

That's very true. They don't realize until it's too late. Complex things can be cool and different, but if the consumer can't understand or use it then what's the point?

@dlr5288 but many Co. do not care until they started see loss in clients/consumers... they started scratch they head asking why and what we should change...

@dlr5288 I wouls say if you ask end user - you will hear - simple easy to use and simple updates - no one want complications or complicated things...
