Re: Barcelona Shines
@srufolo1 - that is true, and they have less experience I believe with cloud and security.  his may be the one area where the US will continue to be in the lead - could be a good thing!

Re: Barcelona Shines
@DHagar Yes, I think the one big obstacle they have faced is their concern about security, which has hindered Europe a little in embracing the cloud.

@srufolo1, I believe you are correct.  They are seeking answers and are unrestricted in pursuit of the best solutions.  I believe that will produce new breakthroughs that we will end up following.

Re: Barcelona Shines
@srufolo1, well said!  I believe when it comes to technology and telecomm, it truly is a global market.  The US will have some "invested" capabilities, but Europe may lead in some of the innovations.  "Necessity" is the mother of inventions - they are targeted on making key strides.

@DHagar  And it shows how Barcelona (and Europe) are at the forefront of this technology, and are not going to be left behind. What an experience to have attended this event.

Re: Nice
@afwriter, agreed on the 5G.  I believe that truly will be a key transformational technology that will result in signficant changes - not just an updated version of the old.
