@dlr5288  the sad reality Co. this days only care about bottom line of today- now... keep forgeting about day after and customer will remember - good or bad...

@dcawrey  same with Canadian service providers where they offer TV/Home Phone/Internet/Cell phone as a packaged deal... with lower combined total price...

@freehe good point - this why some Co. this days use social media on facebook and adding this videos on they Co. FB page with hopes user will see it and click - like on it :)
