Re: SD-Wan
Very true. It’s going to be hard to completely stop them. But it’s possible for us to slow them down.

@batye:

That could be true. It is a sad reality that we as a nation got to be ready to fight back with cyber crime. At the same time it makes me to sad thinking about all the destruction that we are planning to fight back when needed. I think it is common to be able to deal with positive and negative situations.

@ms.akkineni  yes, you are right, but this day hackers do attend gov. sponsored schools to learn new ways to hack... like in Russia/China... and they learn it...

Re: SD-Wan
Absolutely, that is the real challenge. Hackers are apparently super innovative an dfatser than security companies.

Re: SD-Wan
True. I feel like when it comes to security hackers are always a step ahead of the game. It's hard to know what their next move will be and how to counteract it.

@dlr5288:

Ofcourse, the conversations go on and on about security and its importance. That doesn't mean to say that efforts are not being made to bring good security on board into the industry. Undoubtedly experts are working their way to bring good level of security all the way. But i believe hackers are working their way up more aggressively and a bit more successfully. We are seeing that proven with every possible random incident, just recently with equifax.

I agree. While I think the conversation about security will never fully die. I do think we've made huge leaps when it comes to security!

Re: SD-Wan
@afwriter We're certainly a lot better off from a consumer protections standpoint, but I believe there are still issues.

Technology moves so fast, its hard for IT to keep up. I don't think that battle will ever truly end.
