Re: Service Models for Automation
@Ariella, it will simplify and improve processes - without a doubt!  Your point on the affects though require us to think of how to use technology so it improves not only processes but the use of human skills, knowledge, etc.

We will miss the boat if it becomes an "either/or"!

@batye absolutely, automation has tremendous potential. I fear not all effects will benefit the economy in terms of jobs, but I'm sure that that we will see greater operational efficiencies.

The future prospects for the future automation is going to be great.  The service modles will be great for the future.  The new dynamic services really isn't going to solve every single problem, but will give you common context. Automation is somethig that will grow on you.

Re: Service Models for Automation
I'm very excited about the future prospects of automation. Computers and systems have been able to make us so much more productive as-is. These new functions like automation, someday paired with AI, will be a game-changer.

Service Models for Automation
There should be easier ways so with the service models it will be for automation. With the software they have and networking it will be a plus for automation.
