Re: Automation and Service Agility
And in the end it’s just hurting business. People are going to become tired of buyers bf things for bad quality and it will become something that companies have to take seriously.

Yup, that is what is required. But not happening in reality all the time. Those companies that are just running for temporary results are the ones that are taking a toll. Hope companies are learning to follow better process.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
Exactly! There is a need for things to be made and sent out fast. But like you said, at some point they need to take a step back and make sure the quality is up to par.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
Ofcourse it is very clear that there is a need from consumer and hence companies are trying to build new things at jet speed to cope up. But at times tere has to be a point to take a step back and reevaluate to make sure of the quality occassionally. That would ensure a quality product into the market.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
I think it’s a huge reason why technology is changing at an increasing rate. Also why there’s a new iPhone out all the time. They’re trying to create something faster and faster each time.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
Yeah true. I think it’s because I’m always on the move doing something and most of the time I don’t have enough time to wait for something to load or take a super long time to connect to me.

No surprise at all. We see this trend more coomon with younger generations. Considering reality factor and adjusting expectations only would happen with experience.
