It's only a good idea once it proves to be a good idea. And it can be done in the cloud. Sounds like a good idea. If they have taken this into account and can address this issue smoothly for the operators it should be attractive. They do need to connect the dots to gain confidence in working through this new testing option. If they do, it looks like a great option.
