Re: AT&T Smart City Vision
..As long as we remember we're in control--and never ever give in and be willing to transform as we're witness to transformation--that's the key lesson from 2017.

@mpouraryan yes, but I look at life simple way you never know it right you could only hope you made right choices - only at the end of the road when you look back you know if you did it right... but it road :) road it a choice by itself :)

Re: AT&T Smart City Vision
Thanks for taking the time to clarilfy your thoughts--this is not "necessarily" a bad thing as for instance I want to be prompted to think about ideas--but remember, we're in control and we have to make sure we make the right choices--as long as I said under separate cover we remember that.

Re: AT&T Smart City Vision
@mpouraryan yes, I would say anywhere we go today online or offline we do live digital trace what ever we like it or not we have no control over it... as Cash no longer King... and every data have it value we could be analysed and our behavier could be predicted in accordance with our spendsing pattern and what we buy... and whom controling/sorting/preducting and selling our data/info... we do have control only then we paying cash refusing provide email and postal code at POS and new put our info to collect store points or promotions...  here is old example - http://www.businessinsider.com/the-incredible-story-of-how-target-exposed-a-teen-girls-pregnancy-2012-2

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts--I am not sure what you're referring--if you're implying that we have some control--no question--and we have to continue to be vigliant.

@mpouraryan privacy is things of old forgoten past in my books...  the way I see it to keep control on is to live off the grid like some of my friends in the farm lands or my native friends in reservation land...

Re: AT&T Smart City Vision
@Bayte:  There is nothing per se wrong with this reality--the question is how we should harness it.  The idea that somehow, for instance, Watson has the intelligence to trouble shoot illness is a good thing--but as all know, I am fearful that we can lose control.  Our challenge is not to do as we become digitized.    As for privacy, we lost that long ago--didn't we?
