Re: Simplification
Completely agree! People definitely would rather look up a video than read the products manual. I’d like to know which one is truly more efficient though.

Re: Simplification
@dlr5288 yes as in my books it should be simple way to use out of the box... not keep trying to serach on the internet as this day many Co. do get rid of manuals.... and in most cases it a product in the box and must watch youtube video how to use it ... new reality...

Re: Simplification
I also thing a huge part of a product being “simple” is so customers can learn how to use it easily. So it becomes part of their every day routine.

Re: Simplification
I agree. Even though the Cloud can be confusing and have privacy issues it does have a lot of positives and I don’t think it’s going anywhere either.
Re: Simplification
Absolutely, that is the key. Any such companies that focus on that key factor are here to stay much longer than the companies that just put their time and energy in inventing new things but not think much about how simple or complex that is.

Re: Simplification
And it’s easy to get caught up in the super advanced technology. But to be able to simplify new technologies is what sets companies apart from the others.
