I thought it was a good idea to change the name to something with Google in it so the consumers will know that Google is in fact behind it and that they can trust it & get behind it. However, you are right. They may change the name yet again to become a little more clear about the device. Many users are ditching their TVs to watch streaming media on mobile devices. Also, Google has been known for accessing too much of users' information and capturing user Internet data leaks. Each Google product you download tracks you on whatever device you are using. In addition, Google Chrome still has security risks. Users will need to implement stricter security using the Chrome Cast app. The more you get connected the more you need to stay protected!
