People are burned out because they can't get a minute of peace when it is thrust upon them in no matter what the form - work duties or societal pressure to be "on." The most trolling i think is on video games these days exspecially call of duty. I also know there is alot of bullying on video games and social media. They even bully people on the game call of duty which i find its so immature of them to do that just let the kids play the game in peace.
