100% agree with you on that one. Agreeing to disagree and compromising about a certain situation will help a team grow stronger together.

Yup, healthy conflicts would allow individuals and teams to grow professionally. Agreeing to disagree would be the best approach that needs to be practiced in such situations.

Re: Switch the answers and they're even better
I agree. I think it's only normal, and somewhat good, for there to be occasional disagreemets. I think it keeps everyone on their toes. As long as they're able to get through those disagreements quickly and painlessly that's what's important.
Re: Switch the answers and they're even better
@dlr5228:
Surely - Being in sync is a tougher challenge than we think. Because all goes well until that one moment occurs when the first hick up triggers. That's it a total game changer moment and from there on our challenge begins. We need to be really creative and wear our conflict resolutiinist hat. Bringing folks on board with not lot of negativity is the best - as the show needs to continue and buy in from all parties is really crucial for any successful outcome. But ofciurse there could be situations where you need to stand up and make the call though there could be some disagreements. Whatever works best for the situation is the best approach.

@John:
I was exactly thinking about the same. He couldn't provide a straight answer to the question about overlap. He just highlighted three area how EComp is different.
I would still be interested to learn what this overlap really means? Is it just like the other two has these similar features but EComp has these extra things?
Re: Switch the answers and they're even better

Re: Switch the answers and they're even better
Yeah exactly! You never want to start off a potentially good business relationship in a bad way. Even if you dont agree on everything.

@dlr5288:
You brought up very good point. Getting on board early in the game is certainly a good thought.
